Column L is the date the job position was first placed on the FAIR inventory.
Column E is the duty station.
Column H is the job function code, which are explained more fully here.
Column G is the number of positions in each job function code at each duty station. For example, row 6 shows three "C300" (accounting technician) jobs in Anchorage.
Column I classifies each job function as either C (commercial) or I (inherently governmental). The C jobs are eligible for outsourcing to the private sector.
Column J codes the basis for the C versus I determination. Its codes are explained here.
To sum up, for row 6, there are 3 accounting technicians in Anchorage who hold Commercial positions that are the subject of an in-progress Cost Comparison or Direct Conversion.
